COVID-19 UPDATE

Due to COVID-19, orders placed in the store will experience longer then normal delays in fulfillment time. Until everything is under control our partners are working very hard to get things back on track with all orders being done as quickly as possible.

  • Where is the store based?

  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

     

    There are certain items in our product list that we do accept returns and you can find out whether or not that product is eligible for a return by looking under the product details and description but most of the products we do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges and all sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

     

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

     

    We sure do!

     

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

     

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks.

     

  • When do I get the Item I just pre-ordered?

     

    All Orders of any pre-order item are submitted on the following day the pre-order date ends. After that the orders will go into production and then regular delivery time is in place.

     

  • Where can I contact you with questions I have?

  • Are any taxes charged for your products?

     

    As of today, only products going to the states of California and North Carolina are being charged sales tax.

     

  • On demand and Inventory Items

     

    Most of the items in store are on demand items. As soon as your order has been placed your garments that you purchased are then produced and made within 2-7 business days before they actually get shipped out to you. Some items will be kept in inventory while others will be on demand based products.

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

     

    The store payment system is PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, the store has payment fraud protection as its one of the leading payment processors. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

     

  • What if something is wrong with my order?
